How Is your Support System when Dieting?






Is it not such an important part of making heatlhy choices and trying to stick it through a diet?

The weekends. My oh my the weekends. These is a reason there is a stigma attached to "don't overdo it over the weekends" or "weekends are cheat days. Well. If we don't tell ourselves that we only have 5 days to go till cheat day, we might just go crazy.

Our support system is just so important. On weekends when we try our best to try and stay on our diet  the people around us make it so hard when they have their wine and the bread - always with the delicious bread! Sad days indeed.


Sometimes we are lucky enough to have amazing people that sort of try to eat healthier when we are near. Its only two days they have to keep at it while the rest of us suffer during the week hahaha.

Its really tricky to find balance sometimes. This is a very short post today, but mainly its made to be inpirational.
